Job Description

  • Oversee and ensure building compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform regular inspections and safety assessments of buildings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections and remedial work.
  • Liaise and coordinate with construction and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve building safety.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Report regularly to management on compliance status and any issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Premises Compliance Coordinator should have:

  • A solid background in construction and compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
