Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of residential transactions from start to finish.
  • Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
  • Provide clear and accurate advice to clients regarding property law matters.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with current legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to team meetings and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:

  • Proven expertise in residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and related regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
