We train those in charge of our people’s care with the specialist skills needed to maximise Pager effectiveness onsite, and support your line management community.How it works Step 1. We recruit high-potential people from hidden talent pools via charity partners, full-time and paid, from day one. Step 2. Pagers are trained for 2-3 months in advance of most deployments and gain practical experience whilst on our bench. Industry-recognised certification, refinement, and tailoring as you need it, all included. Step 3. Once deployed, our Pagers are supported by a dedicated delivery manager who captures feedback and coaches progress towards milestones and onsite goals. Step 4. Upon completion of a project, Pagers can be offered FTE employment at no recruitment fee, provided the qualifying period has been met. Alternatively, Pagers can be returned to HQ at 30 days' notice.
