Job Description

  • Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct title checks and liaise with relevant parties, including estate agents and lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards throughout transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client services within the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with relevant residential conveyancing experience
  • Confident managing a range of property transactions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent at client communication and relationship management
  • Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Proficient with legal case management systems and standard office IT tools
