Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a large ledger of 500+ accounts, ensuring accurate records of all customer correspondence
  • Liaising with customers (including senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors) regarding overdue invoices and payment queries
  • Handling complex disputes arising from mergers & acquisitions, negotiating partial payments while queries are resolved
  • Producing weekly and monthly cash collection forecasts
  • Working closely with Account Managers and other internal departments to resolve customer queries and maintain strong relationships

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

  • Able to commit to minimum 3 month temporary contract
  • 5+ years' experience in Credit Control (shared service centre background would be highly advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-driven, proactive, and autonomous - able to go beyond transactional tasks and add real value
