Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee night shift production operations to meet performance and quality targets.
  • 70% shopfloor based 30% office based
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage and develop a team of production staff to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures during the night shift.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Shift Manager should have:

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • A strong understanding of production processes and operations.
