Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Receptionist role are:

  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at reception.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department, including document preparation and filing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and updating internal databases.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries, providing accurate information when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within business services or a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
