Job Description

  • Handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting title checks and ensuring all legal compliance for property transactions.
  • Providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Managing relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely progress of cases.
  • Supporting the wider legal team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have:

  • Proven experience managing residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing practices.
