City of London Permanent £50,000 - £60,000 per year View Job Description
The Account Director - Built Environment will advise at a strategic level to ensure client objectives are delivered and manage the curation of an idea right through to effective execution. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to ensure the upskilling of more junior colleagues via 'on-the-job' training as a line manager and account lead.
  • Work with built environment clients, as well as others.

Job Description

  • Managing client consultations with confidence over the project timeline
  • Taking the lead on the development of new business proposals and briefs
  • Building and demonstrating strong sector-relevant knowledge for specific client remits and strong understanding of client stakeholder environment
  • Providing proactive and reactive client advice
  • Ensuring best practice across accounts; acting as a gatekeeper ensuring all client-related documentation is accurate and of the highest standard.

A successful Account Director - Built Environment should have:
