Job Description

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all activities align with company objectives and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager / Senior Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar global communications agency (desirable).
  • Support on the delivery of specified tasks for assigned client accounts effectively.
  • Monitor and analysis relevant client accounts:
    • Maintaining and updating a comprehensive 'client monitoring matrix', incorporating all required sources (press, parliamentary, on-line, EU, NGO, etc.) search terms, frequency, distribution, etc.
  • Support the client team in preparation of account documentation. Compiling and distributing folders of relevant documentation to client and members of home team.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Network with contacts to drive new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with the Policy department or similar areas is advantageous.
