Job Description

  • Manage and process student admissions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and update admissions records and databases.
  • Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate admissions events, including open days and tours.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications to prospective families.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to admissions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department as required.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Admissions Officer should have:

  • Experience in Admissions or as an Admissions Officer.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using databases and office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
  • Experience in admissions or a similar administrative role within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
