Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with AML and CDD policies for all new clients and matters.
  • Conduct client screening, risk assessments, and matter risk scoring, including enhanced checks for PEPs, high-risk jurisdictions, and sanctions.
  • Maintain accurate client/matter records; compile reports and contribute to monitoring reviews.
  • Propose process improvements, update guidance manuals, and foster strong internal relationships.
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing development activities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would have:

  • 2+ years' experience in AML/CDD within professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage workload independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Skilled in research, analysis, and consolidating large volumes of information; sound judgement and decision-making.
  • Experienced or willing to deliver training; active interest in compliance and current affairs.
