Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsRapidly growing organisation, highly successful in their fieldOpportunity for permanent for the right candidateAbout Our ClientBased near Bromley, our client is a growing organisation operating in the construction sector.Job DescriptionThis is a key role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and supporting the smooth running of the month-end process.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop a team of two Finance Assistants, providing guidance and support.Take full ownership of the month-end process, ensuring all books and records are clean, accurate, and compliant.Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.Organise and oversee payment runs and supplier payments.Handle large volumes of data from multiple, disparate systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.The Successful ApplicantMy client is seeking a Qualified Accountant or an experienced professional (Qualified by Experience) with a curious mindset and a proactive, positive approach.Ideally, you will have some experience managing staff, although this is not essential. You must be confident working independently and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Availability is key - we are looking for someone who can start no later than mid-January.You must be able and willing to travel to the offices near Bromley / Sidcup 5 days per week.
