Job Description

  • Develop detailed financial models to support leveraged finance transactions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of LBO structures and related financial metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and execute financing opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence and risk assessments on potential deals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate - Leveraged Finance should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years experienced in leveraged finance.
  • Proven knowledge in financial modelling, leveraged finance, and LBOs.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and banking operations.
  • A background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
