Job Description

  • Support the Banking team on transactional matters
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Banking and Finance Paralegal should have:

  • Minimum 6 months paralegal experience (ideally 1 year+)
  • Banking or finance law experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What's on Offer

  • Salary: £31,000-£32,000
  • Remote contract with approx. 2 days per week in London office
  • SQE sponsorship available
