Job Description

  • Accurately prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with billing policies.
  • Maintain and update billing records in the accounting system.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and liaise with clients to address queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and assist with collections as needed.
  • Generate regular reports on billing activities and account statuses.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billings Specialist should have:

  • Previous experience in billing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
