This opportunity is with the founder and managing director of a start up company in the luxury wellness sector. The company has aspirations and backing to build a leading wellness retreat series of properties internationally.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the director on a daily basis to create brand ideas and translate these into material concepts
  • Conduct market research, competitive bench-marking, and consumer insight gathering.
  • Identify opportunities for brand positioning in the wellness category.
  • Translate market research insights into am iterative business plan.
  • Support development of wellness, lifestyle, and sustainability‑focused programming.
  • Manage partnerships with wellness practitioners, sustainability consultants, and other agencies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering exceptional stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate in a related field (wellness, brand, business strategy)
  • 1-3 years of corporate experience
  • Structured thinker with experience in management consulting, business analysis, or operational strategy.
  • Strong communicator, able to engage both creative teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Brings both strategic intelligence and operational expertise.
  • Passionate about sustainability, ethical hospitality, and wellness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
