Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tenants, Project Managers, Commercial Agents, Asset Managers, and Landlords.
  • Generate new business leads through networking and third-party partnerships.
  • Research and update CRM with detailed client insights (mergers, financial status, decision-makers).
  • Monitor and manage a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end lead qualification process, from initial contact to Tier 1 appointments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored collateral for prospects.
  • Attend networking events and organise monthly company events to strengthen relationships.
  • Share market trends and strategic insights with the team to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management and maintain diary planning for targeted outreach.
  • Bring direct projects into the business following company methodology.
  • Manage key contacts through regular engagement and entertainment (lunches, events, coffee).
