Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales progress..

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Media & Agency sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
  • Knowledge of the Rugby market and its dynamics.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.t
