Job Description

  • Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and optimise workflows.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies within the technology department.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of new processes and provide feedback for further refinement.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the organisation in adopting technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Process Engineer/Analyst should have:

  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
  • A solid background in technology and process optimisation.
  • Proficiency in using tools for process mapping and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
