Job Description

  • Develop and implement early careers Coordination for high-calibre candidates.
  • Collaborate with the procurement function to build strong partnerships.
  • Organise and participate in campus events, including career fairs and workshops.
  • Manage the Coordination process for graduate and internship programmes.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campus initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align Early Careers efforts with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.early careers Coordination

The Successful Applicant

A successful Campus Development Advisor should have:
