Job Description

  • Act as the number two to the Group CEO, working cross-departmentally to support functional leaders in shaping and executing their strategic plans
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end business process mapping across all operational areas
  • Define, optimise, and standardise core processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Document processes thoroughly, including creation and maintenance of SOPs and operational manuals
  • Lead transformation initiatives both with and without technology enablement
  • Drive the selection and implementation of systems and tools that support process improvements
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and technology platforms to support growth and performance
  • Act as a key driver of operational change, ensuring delivery of transformation as a priority business objective
  • The role is based at the HQ in Essex

The Successful Applicant

*Experience as COO, Chief of Staff, or in a senior role supporting a CEO/MD, in a high-growth or transformation environment.

  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, with strong stakeholder engagement across departments.



*Experience in the consumer goods sector, with a solid understanding of industry trends, brand dynamics, and operational challenges.

*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

*Strategic thinker with a proven track record of solving complex problems and implementing practical, scalable solutions.

*Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and supporting senior executives.

*Strategic Planning & Execution

Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and support functional leaders in execution.

*Business Process Mapping & Optimisation Hands-on experience with end-to-end process mapping and documentation. Skilled in defining, standardising, and improving core processes for scalability and efficiency. Familiarity with SOP creation and operational manuals. The successful candidate will be based at the HQ in Essex
