Job Description

  • Prepare and manage client property portfolios with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and correct submission of financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
  • Manage client relationships, offering professional advice and support when required.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Accountant should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
