Job Description

The duties of the Client Onboarding Executive include:

  • Processing new client applications.
  • Undertaking AML and KYC checks in line with the company's policy and legal requirements.
  • Completing risk assessments on new clients and following escalation procedures for high risk clients.
  • Where necessary, requesting additional information regarding client applications via email.
  • Handling incoming enquiries regarding client applications via email and telephone, to a high quality in line with target response times.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of AML procedures and retail investment products, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.
