Job Description

  • Managing a caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and fraud claims.
  • Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice.
  • Drafting correspondence, evidence, and interim applications.
  • Liaising with counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting senior lawyers on large-scale litigation and arbitration.
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and hearings where appropriate.
  • Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Litigation Associate (1-2PQE) should have:

  • Qualified solicitor status with a focus on commercial litigation.
  • Ability to work independently on smaller matters and collaboratively on larger cases.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
