Job Description

  • Support the legal team with commercial litigation cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Prepare legal documentation and case summaries.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
  • Communicate effectively with Swedish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files.
  • Provide administrative support as required for legal proceedings.

The Successful Applicant

  • UK-qualified solicitor.
  • Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience in commercial disputes.
  • Excellent knowledge of the CPR and litigation processes.
  • Proven ability to work on large, complex cases.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
