Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on development work including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes
  • Managing high value property deals from acquisition to completion, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of contracts
  • Working closely with construction, finance and property disputes teams to deliver seamless service
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, investors and occupiers
  • Leading on planning and site assembly aspects for development projects
  • Contributing to business development within the team
  • Supporting partner led matters and helping grow the commercial property practice



The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;

  • A solicitor with 3-6 year's PQE in commercial property or development work
  • Experienced in development real estate transactions (residential, commercial or mixed-use)
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, due diligence and site acquisition work
  • Comfortable working in a high-performing, collaborative regional firm environment
  • Excellent communicator, commercially minded and capable of building client relationships
