Job Description

  • Manage and advise on a range of commercial property transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide support on acquisitions, sales, and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
  • Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare legal reports.
  • Assist with business development by fostering strong client relationships.

  • A qualified solicitor with a solid grounding in commercial property work.
  • Experienced in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
