Job Description

This is a full-time permanent position within the London Real Estate team. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of investment property (including sale and leaseback)
  • Landlord and tenant work (acting for both sides)
  • Development site acquisitions and disposals
  • Portfolio management and supervision of junior colleagues
  • Title review and reporting
  • Coordination with other teams on cross-practice transactions
  • You'll be joining a team led by a senior partner, supported by legal directors, consultants, associates, trainees, and paralegals, with dedicated PA support. The team is part of a national property group with specialists in planning, litigation, finance, and construction.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a qualified solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE) with solid experience in commercial property and landlord and tenant matters. You'll be:

  • Commercially aware and proactive
  • A confident communicator with strong drafting skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Keen to develop your profile and contribute to business development
