Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, IP and data protection matters
  • Managing a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Engaging in business development and client relationship building

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
  • Experienced in commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection
  • Commercially astute, pragmatic and confident in managing client relationships
  • Proactive in mentoring junior lawyers
