About Our Client

Page Group are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider at their Bradford based head office, as they look to appoint a new Contact Centre Manager. The role will have operational responsibility for a small contact centre function, supporting B2C Customers across the UK

Job Description

  • Create, implement and manage service levels through review of KPI metrics and understanding customer feedback
  • Provide the contact centre with regular training, development and support to best drive customer satisfaction
  • Manage all available resources to ensure customer demand can be met
  • Create clear contact centre strategy that aligns with business strategy and customer needs
  • Take ownership of all escalated customer issues
  • Work with key stakeholders across the group
  • Create, develop and present reports around contact centre performance and customer feedback / satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience leading a team in a contact centre environment
  • Strong demonstrable people leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret and understand data
  • Excellent communicator

Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09-00 to 17-00
