Job Description

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and remortgages.
  • Supervising where needed other team members
  • Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach to client service.
  • Supporting continuous improvement within the team and contributing to the firm's trusted reputation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
