Job Description

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with external parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
