Job Description

What the COO will do

  • Lead all operational functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Drive ERP system implementation to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
  • Oversee new factory installations and upgrades, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing operational teams.
  • Manage operational budgets and deliver profitability targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Currently holds a COO role within a branded food business.
  • Proven experience in food manufacturing and operational leadership.
  • Expertise in ERP implementation and factory installations.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Based in Greater/East London.
