The Corporate Finance Senior Manager will play an instrumental part in driving the successful performance of this companies corporate finance team. You will support the clients growth ambitions; from origination to execution of various different deals.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage corporate finance projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Leading deal teams, supporting local team management
  • Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMS, teasers, Buyer Research Packs.
  • Preparing and supporting pitch decks/ sales pitches for new business
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the team.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for growth and investment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA
  • M&A experience -3 years minimum
  • Track record of buy-side & Sell-side mandates
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
