They have a collaborative approach to target and they deal with high network and good quality work.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Solicitor will be:Leading or supporting on high-value M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuringManaging due diligence, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and other corporate documentationAdvising on corporate governance, group reorganisations and joint venturesBuilding and developing client relationships and contributing to business development within the corporate teamMentoring more junior members of the team and helping shape team processes and strategyThe Successful ApplicantThe Corporate Solicitor should be:A solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years PQE in corporate/M&A workExperienced in managing full-cycle M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuringComfortable drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, group reorganisationsCommercially minded, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationshipsAble to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and contribute to team growth and mentoringWhat's on OfferEstimated salary starting from c£57k dependent on experience along with other company benefits, great progression and high quality work.Hybrid working from Greater Manchester office.
