Job Description

  • Provide expert corporate tax advice and consultancy services to a diverse client base.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and development.
  • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic business solutions.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to support the growth of the tax department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:

  • Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in corporate tax within the professional services sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of tax professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth and planning opportunities.
