Job Description

  • Own day-to-day operations of Marketo and optimise workflows.
  • Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, and alerts to support revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure Salesforce-Marketo data integrity.
  • Implement A/B testing and campaign optimisation strategies.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing pilots and personalised campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Own the lead management process within marketo & salesforce

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Experience with segmentation and dynamic content.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building customer journey workflows
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing

What's on Offer

Salary up to 55k-60k

6 month role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
