Job Description

Customer Service Advisor, near Stockbridge

  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Resolve queries and complaints with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and services.
