Job Description

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment in Leeds.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
  • Can commit to an on-going temp role.
