  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide product or service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
