Job Description

  • Provide support to senior team members throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist in preparing key materials and financial analysis for client engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of tailored models and strategic recommendations.
  • Help manage documentation and ensure smooth information flow across workstreams.
  • Participate in reviewing due diligence findings and coordinating with external parties.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders during projects.
  • Support marketing initiatives and internal data management activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory or Private Debt.
  • Proven knowledge of LBO modelling.
  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the financial services and banking industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
