Job Description

Debt Advisory Associate

  • Provide strategic advice on debt financing and restructuring.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Support the execution of debt transactions and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and financial products.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and client proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the financial services industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Debt Advisory Associate should have:

  • 3+ years of either Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory or Private Debt experience.
  • Educational qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in LBO financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A thorough understanding of debt markets and financial products.
