Job Description

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory management and procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare and present demand planning reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and forecast adjustments.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and software.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A qualification or background in a relevant field is desirable.
