Job Description

  • Lead regulatory implementation initiatives across the sales and trading department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes with regulatory expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage regulatory risks effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales and trading teams on regulatory matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of compliance projects within set timelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Regulatory Implementation - Sales and Trading should have:

  • Extensive experience in risk and compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting sales and trading activities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex regulatory implementation projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in risk and compliance.
