Job Description

* Carry out routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems across assigned properties.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all tasks.

* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

* Assist in the installation of new electrical systems or components as required.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on completed tasks.

* Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimise downtime.

* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Maintenance Operative should have:

  • A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to electrical work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
