Job Description

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Senior Executive group within the wider Employment team. This specialist team advises high-earning individuals, CEOs, founders, board members, LLP members, and shareholders on all aspects of their careers, from entry to exit.

You will work closely with partners on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Discrimination, whistleblowing, and bonus disputes (Employment Tribunal and High Court)
  • Complex contractual exits and settlement negotiations
  • Reputation management and regulatory considerations
  • Advising on equity arrangements and founder/shareholder rights



The Successful Applicant

You'll be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with:

  • 3-6 PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment law (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination)
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • A proactive, commercial, and client-focused mindset
  • A genuine interest in advising individuals at senior levels
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
