Job Description

Advise on all aspects of UK employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and termination of employment.

Lead on restructuring projects and provide support on corporate transactions (TUPE, due diligence).

Manage Employment Tribunal claims and assist with High Court matters.

Deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients across multiple sectors.

Collaborate with colleagues globally on cross-border employment issues.

Contribute to business development and client training initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-6 years' PQE in employment law.

Strong experience in both advisory and contentious matters, including restructures and litigation.

Exposure to multi-jurisdictional projects and corporate transaction support.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Ability to manage complex matters independently and contribute to team growth.
