Job Description

  • Advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
  • Handle employment tribunal litigation and manage cases effectively.
  • Provide transactional support on corporate deals.
  • Deliver pragmatic, timely, and commercially focused advice.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must be a qualified lawyer.
  • Experience in employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Familiarity with employment tribunal litigation and transactional support work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a national network of employment specialists.
