Job Description

  • Develop and maintain employment law precedents, templates, and guidance notes.
  • Provide technical legal support to the employment team.
  • Monitor and update the team on changes in employment law and regulations.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of client briefings and presentations.
  • Conduct legal research and provide insights into complex employment matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and compliance in legal documentation.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
